Good Morning Senior Infants. I hope everybody is keeping warm and safe.
As the school is closed today I have listed some activities for senior infants to enjoy today.
- Linking with our Aistear theme ‘The Library’ make a simple Non-Fiction book called ‘The Snowman’.
- Draw a picture of the snow and using old newspaper or magazines make a collage or simply colour the picture. You can be as creative as you want.
- Make the Active school logo poster for our school. Come up with a catchy slogan for example ‘Get fit and do our bit’. We can hand in our entries when we come back to school.
- Write as many ‘at’ words as you can. Try and make a long list like we did yesterday.
- Curl up on the couch and read your favourite book. Tomorrow I will give lots of ideas for World Book Day.
Enjoy all these activities and do as many as you can. Mrs Ryan will update more creative activities tomorrow if we are not back in school. Enjoy the snow!!
