We can’t believe the end is nigh!!! The girls are having a great time leading up to graduation. Although they may be tired, they are still full of ideas and fun, which makes this time of the year even more enjoyable.
We made good use of the outdoors this week. The girls were all hands-on when finding the area and perimeter of irregular shapes in our school environment.
In P.E. the girls worked up a sweat doing some ‘Outdoor and Adventure activities’. It was great fun and the main aim was to work as a team to finish the activity. Well done girls, good team work!
In Geography the girls were employees of Failte Ireland and found ways to promote tourism in Waterford. They will be presenting their discoveries next week.
And finally, our sunflowers are growing bigger and stronger, and just like all the girls in 6th class, they will blossom!
Today the girls are such a great time during Sports’ Day. Thankfully the weather has been nice to us.
We are looking forward to a fantastic final week next week with lots of activities each day…..and of course GRADUATION!
