World Book Day 2022
We really enjoyed Narrative Writing
In this kind of writing we can write Stories, Fairy Tales, Legends, Fables and Plays. Narrative writing is found in Picture books, Storybooks, Novels, Poetry books, Comics and Film scripts. We really enjoyed writing stories in 3rd class.
The artist Wassily Kandinsky
In art this week we learned about the work of Wassily Kandinsky. His most famous paintings are: The Red Spot and Colour Studies: Square and Concentric Circles. We were inspired by his work in our art class today.
Wellbeing Webinar
On Friday the 14th of January 3rd class took part in a live In-Class Wellbeing Webinar. It was very worthwhile and enjoyable and it will help us start 2022 with Optimism, Positivity and Wellbeing.
Our Favourite place……….
Every second Thursday 3rd class visit Ferrybank Library. We enjoy exploring and reading books by different authors. We share our thoughts and feelings on lots of books and authors before each visit. DEAR time (Drop Everything and Read) is our favourite time of the day!
