Celebrating African Day 25-05-2022

Trip to Dublin for a lucky girl in 3rd Class!
On Wednesday four girls and two staff members attended a discussion day in Dublin on the topic “Bullying”.
They were very lucky to meet our Minister for Education in Ireland Norma Foley and she listened carefully to what the girls had to say. The girls really enjoyed:
- The kind people they met from all over the country including Minister Norma Foley.
- The fun and enjoyment they had playing games and interacting with children and teachers from other schools.
- The lunch: Pizza, Chips and Salad. Yum, Yum
Well done girls for representing our school so well!

Camogie match in the sunshine. Well done girls!
3rd class were fantastic supporters!

3rd Class completed and presented their projects.
Well done to all the girls who researched and presented their projects in recent weeks. The topic of our project was Ireland. We used child friendly websites for information and images for each county. We have learned so much about the beautiful country we live in. Fantastic work girls!

Wishing all the girls in Rang a Trí and your families a holy, safe and happy Easter.

We created our own Trócaire Box.
