Intercultural Week celebrations……we had so much fun!
Seachtain na Gaeilge 1-17 Márta
We celebrated Seachtain na Gaeilge with a visit to our local library to take part in BINGO as Gaeilge. Thanks to Helen for organising this for our class. The prize winners received a badge and a leabhar Gaeilge ‘Cá Bhfuil Puifín Beag?/ Scúnc agus Smúirín.
World Book Day Celebrations in full swing!
Ireland Reads is back for February 2023!
In 3rd class we are going to ‘squeeze in a read’ on Ireland Reads Day on Saturday 25th. Join us and why not read a book, a newspaper, a comic whatever grabs your interest!
International Mother Language Day in our school.
In 3rd class we all enjoyed the dual language reading experience on Tuesday.
Safer Internet Day
Well done to all the girls who took part in our competition to design a poster using the slogan Stop, Screenshot, Block & Tell.
Third class Investigators!
We had great fun investigating soil samples from our school grounds. We used our outdoor classroom to record our findings. We made some very interesting discoveries.
