Weekly Update From Senior Infants
Senior infants made ‘The Advent Wreath’ this week. We made four candles, three purple and one pink, some green leaves and red berries. It will help us count down the days until we celebrate the birth of Jesus. We also lit our first candle in assembly today. When all four candles are lighting it means that Christmas Day is very near.
Lots of girls entered the Christmas Crib competition and the girls designed beautiful backdrops for our school crib. We also practiced lots of exercises like: Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Star jumps, Skipping, Jogging on the spot and Running for our Active Flag. We even have active homework next week! We are also really enjoying dancing to music in the yard at lunch time.
