3-D Models
Fourth class have been working on 3-D models of Our Lady of Good Counsel School. In groups of four, the girls sketched a rough plan of our school building. Using cardboard, tape and straws the girls turned the sketches into 3-D models. They covered the models with paper and finally painted them. Well done fourth class!
Peace Prom Preparations!
This week fourth class have started to learn their Peace Proms songs.
We attempted The Neighbour Song challenge outside. It was very tricky!
We watched the Headbomz video from Childline and learned that talking is important. We can talk to our friends, parents, teachers and trusted adults.
In Irish we are learning the verb ‘dún’ in the past tense. Dún means “to close”.

This week has been very busy!
The girls and their families have been working hard preparing for Mission Week. So many buns, cakes, toys, competitions and games!
Today’s talent show was a big success and the girls in fourth class did an amazing job.
We hope everyone has a wonderful mid-term break. Happy Hallowe’en!
