The girls have settled into First Class and are managing the extra hour well. We are putting that extra time to good use in having fun with our learning and the Daily Mile.
In History, we were learning about artefacts and each girls brought in and spoke about a special item. It was wonderful to learn more about the members of the class through their special item.
The girls have started Camogie and really enjoyed our first session and they can’t wait for their next one.
We have been enjoying Autumn, by collecting conkers, leaves and nuts. After listening to the story of The Leafman, each girls created a picture out of leaves. We had great fun making these and they turned out beautiful.
