Friendship Friday
Today is all about being a good friend.
At school:
- A friendly message on the intercom from Mrs. Shanahan to start the day.
- Each class will meditate for a period during the day.
- The Special Education Team will make Friendship Bracelets with all the classes. We hope the girls have been tuning in to the Seesaw videos that Miss Power uploaded for you.
At home:
We all know the value of a true friend. Maybe today, you might call your best friend to tell them how much you appreciate him or her. If you don’t know what to say, you could simply read out this beautiful poem.
Friendship
Friends give hope
When life is low.
Friends are a place
Where we can go.
Friends are precious,
Honest and true.
I feel so lucky
My friend is you.
